How to Overcome Distraction in a Meeting

Denise: It's really difficult to tell whether a person is looking down and taking notes or looking down and on Facebook and not paying attention to what you're saying. So I want them to know that they have my full attention when we're in a meeting. And so therefore, I'm going to show them that by having this notebook laying on the table and writing what they're talking about to me with the notes. Yeah, totally. Exactly.
