Rugby in the Southern Hemisphere

Rugby union is being divided between north and south hemispheres. The southern hemisphere has had the super rugby tournament, which involves a new zealand, australia, south africa and and argentina. But i think this is an opportunity, actually, for ruggby to realine itself into that more viridy colors o palase of the horizontal division.
