Kiwi Save a Parody Project

The idea is that if there's one income earner in the household and there's a stay at home parent, we want to make sure that we can split off and direct some of those contributions to your partner's account. If you contribute at least $20 a week, more or less towards a Kiwi saver, you're going to get $521 a year back. So with this proposal or with the suggestion, I guess in situations where the partner is contributing actually zero, then even if just a tiny amount was split off and put there, then that immediately triggers a tax credit as well, right?
