How to Be a Sponge

I think the first thing is figuring out the best way in which you learn. We probably learn faster by actually having conversations with people and asking questions. I also think we can get a bit workaholic so giving yourself some downtime, letting your brain reboot whether that be exercise or whatever it may be. Certainly there was a period during the first lockdown over here in the UK where I wasn't getting an awful lot of head space at all. And then it becomes quite hard to have that kind of sponge mindset"
