We Have the Elements That We Need

This effectual call is of God's free and special grace alone, not from anything at all foreseen in man. So that means automatically it's not because God in his infinite wisdom foresaw that you would have faith. It was decided by God that you unregenerate man, unregenerated woman, you have my favor. And what that means is this isn't common. This is something special and it's reserved specifically for God's elect for those whom he has ordained to salvation.
