i would let them post whatever hell they wanted, introduce themselves and then i throw out some stuff from their own perspective. The last thing we need is to be giving out more money to administrators. There's a great twitter account called real scientists, which a giddysatlik, serious academics. That could be half at could be a pat time job for someone if they're doing it all the time.
