Is Your Identity as a Designer or a People Manager?

It's interesting to hear you talk about how it sounds like your identity around being a designer is kind of wrapped up in like doing design work. So I'm curious, when you see other design managers in the community and in the creative space, do you see them as designers or people managers? "I don't feel like I've ever, I don't know, maybe I just don't actively follow people who whose identity is design manager"
