The Importance of Consistency
Consistency is essential. I agree with the other thing you said too. Time spent at the beginning of prayer, like doing the work of putting yourself before another is time well spent and not time wasted. There could be something about trying that when you're kind of approaching scripture sometime. And even if you go other times, like it's just important to have like an appointment with Jesus.
