The Role of Technology in Reducing Domestic Drudgery
I think it's important not to overstate the extent to which women are held back by care work. We're talking in a big way about getting piped water delivery across India. Even when women have that time, it's not socially respectable for them to hang out in the village. So I absolutely agree with you that technology could be transformed and improved to reduce all our domestic drudgery.
