SRAM Was Born Out of Necessity to Deliver Working Software
SRAM came out of the necessity that Jeff and Ken had to deliver value. They met, you know, a long, long time ago, I believe Jeff tried to set Ken up with his sister. And then when Jeff had an engineering, an object-oriented engineering problem, he invited Ken in. So scrum was born out of necessity to deliver working software because they were having a real hard time doing it.
