I think Stoicism is, is undervalued, but a lot of people dismissed it. I can see why if you don't get it, that's how you would see it. But actually, in many ways, it's a path to ... quite a pleasant life. So what I'd like to do is, I mean, it's so much we could already unpack in there. But what I think would be really useful is you've talked about cycles,. We know that there are all kinds of different cycles in life that predominant, which we can all easily digest is the economic cycle of peaks and troughs.
