Do You Work With Agents That Are Average?

I noticed you're coaching all the top agents in the country. It seems like do you take on agents that are average? I'm pretty lucky, aren't I? The names I see you work with, all the top dudes. But do you work with guys who are average? Or is it just kind of focus on the cream of the crop and because you have had or have that high performance mindset? Yeah. You know, it's a feeling. It's very fulfilling helping someone achieve what they want and seeing them grow.
