The French Revolution - A Brief History
Roland du mourier was dismissed along with most of his colleagues on june thirteenth. This sudden ministerial blood bath galvanized the people of paris into forceful action. In april, these radical lead successfivly organized a mass gathering in support of the soldiers who had been locked up for their role in the nase mutiny. It was at this rally that the revolution also begins to hear the first prominent assertions that the sonku lot were not only an independent political force all their own. The distinction between active and passive citizens should not be abolished, it should be reversed. The will of the true people of france should dominate.
