How Can We Get Rid of the Stigma of Mental Health?
The systematic stigma is in full force, continues to be in full force. I nearly didn't get a mortgage because I was on medication. You know, my friends who've been turned down for roles and emergency response units because they had mental health issues. And you can have all the mental health days you want, unless we're willing to get into the weeds of where the stigma came from or how it still prevails. We're at nothing really.
