Blake Griffin was a free agent when he signed with the LA Clippers in 2010. The team had just lost Chris Paul to the Lakers and needed some veteran leadership around young players like Eric Bletso, Ryan Goams and Mar Crawford. After two years of playing for an historically bad franchise they made a nice little run at the NBA's top-four teams.
