Building a Thing Right - Safety Team

In your safety team, you've got a multi-disciplinary, effectively a specialized secondary team. And the pattern that works here is it's a long-lived team. So with these long-lived safety teams, you can have some amazing innovation coming from the safety team who actually deeply understand the customer and the customer's unarticulated needs. It's also not one-size-fits-all when it comes to the risk stories that are going to be implemented by the teams. The anti-pattern, which is how it used to be, for most companies, is one- Size fits all. Everyone has to comply to the same 200 set of controls.
