Code Reviews - Are They a Bottleneck?

Code reviews are probably my favorite part of my career as a software engineer. I feel like it's one of the best ways to learn as a software developer because you're just getting this detailed feedback from a teammate. A lot of organizations underinvest in that and I everywhere I've worked I've tried to invest a lot in code reviews. The problem is actually something else that's kind of broken about the culture of the organization.
