The Most Misunderstood Technique in Management Consulting
Our job is not to sell solutions and that may surprise many people who work at firms that talk about selling solutions. Because the executive team and the client in my view doesn't necessarily or should not understand all of the implications. That's why they hire us to talk them through the implications. We will never say at the end of the study we'll give you the solution. But it is your job as a board of directors and our, I wouldn't say even guidance or supervision but with our input to help you get to the answer.
