Serotonin and the Dopamine Response

The way to tell if it's a craving or true hunger is to imagine a big beautiful plate of vegetables with hummus and you have that in front of you are you going to eat that or say no I'm full. Some foods evoke the dopamine response and you're not even hungry there are drugs there are activities that will trigger that dopamine response when you don't even need it. When you understand your body and now I know okay the day before my period is going to come I am going to want to eat a lot of carbs and sugar to raise my serotonin levels  that knowledge is so powerful hell yeah okay we're definitely in touch on serotonin as well because that's fascinating.
