Johnny has met Alice in other scenarios, but we were recording together for the big confrontation between Peter and the archivist. Melny had protection from being a part of the archivist's nightmare zoo because she worked for the Institute. Did she lose that after she quit or is she exempt because she can't see anymore? Oh, I don't think we actually address this directly. It hasn't been addressed in the series. Chucking someone into one of the entities is probably a bad idea regardless of whether they're alive or dead.
