The Dosing Guide for Cis-Atricurium

Cis-atricurium is the same dosing as vacuronium in terms of dosing by weight so 0.1 to 0.12 milligrams per kilogram. We use it in patients with renal failure because it has this fascinating property where it's degraded by half-min elimination which means in essence it just falls apart on its own. If you're pushing it to treat hypotension again 1 to 2 cc's is your most common dosage if fedrin and I'll give phenylephrine right along with my propofol for everyone except young totally healthy patients any older patient, frail anyone with a lot of comorbidities.
