It makes clear that both significant short term global emission reductions and net zero global emission reductions by mid century or before, are required to avoid setting the world on a dangerous, potentially catastrophic climate trajectory. Have we considered that a net zero? Net zero global omissions? This is another one of those buzz words. You're not getting it. The only way you get net zero is if they wipe out all the people, which they definitely want to do. So again, it's a scam created by scammers that want to tax you to fix the planet.
