The Importance of Diversity in the Workforce

I think around diversifying the workforce and paying people fairly, it's just, we have this conversation all of the time. I remember when I used to work at university, we had these things called KTP partnerships where you'd bring private and public sector together. And that was really good. There is lots of great stuff going on, as you said. There is a lot of good work that happens and you will know this. It's sharing and spreading that. That for me is really exciting.
