I think it's hard sometimes because as athletes were kind of type A, we want to check everything off that's on the plan. And yeah, as you mentioned, if it's just not right, it's okay to call it. I feel like older athletes are actually much better at this. They're like, no, I've been down that road. And now I know if this is feeling bad, I need to stop. Maybe I'll feel better later today or maybe I just need to try again tomorrow.
