How Do You Find Experts?

i'm pretty good at net working and finding experts in whatever area it is that i need expertise. I think a lot of people have dreams of being an entre pener, of doing their own thing, but few people actually do it. So if you have like this quorky little company, in general, people are rooting for you now. They like rooting for the little guy and somebody that's trying something different. You know, plenty of people ignore me when i ask that, but if i'd ask people, one or two would say, yes and worked, or it's been working.
