In 19 64, the john birch society was heavily behind barry goldwater. The same network that tried to overthrow the government in ineteen 33 went on to be this, the network of people that was superconcerned about communism and and all that post world war too. And so they realized that what they needed to do was to embark on this es of what nancy mc lean describes as interrelated plays. If you wanted just sort of have a stock of books to read, i would say steve's cult of trump, democracy and chains, jane mare's dark money, anne nelson's shadow network are really good starting points.
