And again, we're divorcing ourselves from any subjectivity in this and users are informing a better, a better ultimate product. Justin: I've actually been on the other side where I've watched how people order a big Mac at McDonald's when it was my first job. He says he feels like we get so busy that we don't slow down to just observe people.
