The Importance of Subjectivity in User Testing
Justin: User testing is a paramount part of the process in that, you know, users are interacting with what we're putting together. And again, we're divorcing ourselves from any subjectivity in this and users are informing a better, a better ultimate product. Justin: I've actually been on the other side where I've watched how people order a big Mac at McDonald's when it was my first job. He says he feels like we get so busy that we don't slow down to just observe people.
