Relationships - Is There a Right or Best Way to Do Relationship?

There's an idea that there's a right or best way to do relationships, which is not actually true. We've been socialized to believe it and that's sometimes the standard that we're held to. But all relationships function differently and have different needs. Some people are together for seven, 10, 15 years and don't establish their partnership in a legal binding way because that's just not the secret sauce for them.
