The Seven Day Sugar Detox

Todd: I want to do another free challenge in the new year to kind of coordinate with dry January, but we're not going to kick it off right on January 1st. The idea being that a seven day period is really a good opportunity to identify some triggers and some habits. If you don't know that breast cancer is linked with alcohol consumption, then I am sorry that that message has not come across your desk. Frankly, it didn't make me put the wine down either before my diagnosis.
