The Interview Process - You Have to Put Into It
You can't expect that you come in and everything will be handed to you. You have to work hard, ecause everything's there is just you have to take advantage of it. On interviews, i don't ask about how much experience, case base experience. I want to know who you are. Can't you be a good fit? What's your story? What'syour background? And areare you qualified enough to come into the programme and be a team player? Everybody has potential. We just have to whittle it down through the match process to about 30, forty,. whatever number of the class size is. But there's so many people at that interview that i'm like
