It's the start-ups that probably have more more choice these days you're absolutely right. It's incredibly important to understand who your partner is on that level and what they can bring to the table got it. You also talked about the investment committee meetings every Monday. What do you discuss internally with your team and who is actually part of that committee? So it's our entire investment team. But typically we would have like three pitches maybe every two weeks or so.
