The Problem of Divine Foreknowledge and Human Free Will
i will be thinking about this more when i teach my sumonar starting next week. It's going to be a seminar on foreknowledge and free will. The puzzle arises not only about god, but about the possibility that anybody, any being at all, could have infallible foreknowledge. That then leads into questions about why would there be a connection between some property of a knower and necessity? This has nothing to do with god, actually.
