CHAPTER

Is There a Human Liver Chip for Predictive Toxicology?

I think 20% of drugs fail from talks yeah now of course liver talks is only a part of that but yes liver talks is one of the biggest ones. One way that I personally have decided to address it is testing drugs in wild type aging models so sort of health span models and using normal mammalian aging or aging across different species as an important readout on whether your drug is likely to work in humans. So everybody out there check out this group emulate what is it do they have an update so you can find it on bio archive and the look  and solving the toxicology issue would you know increase r and d productivity by significant margin.
