Getting Older Is Not Worth the Risk
As you get older, speed and power are some of those qualities that you lose faster than others. There's no such thing as old mans speed. I old man's strength. You're just trying to train for your own health and willness and for fun and to feel good and not be banged up. So i don't see the need.
