How to Build a Podcast Ad Business?

The real value is being able to drive customer acquisition. Spotify had that for free, they didn't need to take out ads on Facebook to drive this business. Instead of having one ad for everyone, we can have a distinct ad for every individual with our streaming service. It's going to take a long time to build this sort of targeted business. Takes a very long time. But there's definitely the outlines of something only Spotify can do.
