I like the Billy story you gave as well and the line men were worried about this new thing they were installing and it worked. So he jumps in his car, drives out, doesn't say anything to anyone, gets out of his car, goes over and straps on these clamp-ons which have a little spikes. You can go up a telephone pole. Everyone jumped and went right up the pole. He was over with. I love it. so he was a great leader and I just try to pay attention to the good leaders and try to also learn from people you didn't think were very good and make sure you don't make the same mistakes they did.
