"It's always very tempting to start a new year and plan to do everything differently," he says. "So i tend to just write down the systems that i think are having problems with, and make a point of coming back to review those at an good point in time." He also uses content as a way of backing into his own thinking about what kind of project did he execute well? 'And what might i need to change about how i'm managing myself,' he adds.
