The supreme court overturned rovey wade, the 50 year old precedent that secured the constitutional right to an abortion in the united states. The decision was announced just short of two months after a draft of justice ilido's majority opinion was leaked to the media. In reversing row, the court effectively leaves the right to anabortion in the hands of states, 26 of which might band nearly all abortions.
