Topaz is considered Hitchcock's worst movie. Fred Glenson's choice is in the book movies, the one with Marlene Dietrich's stage. The idea is that Hegel is the last big example of radical idealism where you can cover the entire reality through self-deployment and self-mediated notion. That after this post-Cagalian break, you can no longer be seriously Hegelian. But we are getting lost now, I admit it.
