Is Crotch Christianism in the Global South?
A lot of the global south holds to very traditional views of marriage and sexuality. A i think that's instructive, because whyis we just assume that if a church or or community is going to go progressive on certain areas of justice and social issues? That is not the case in the global south. And it makes you wonder how much of our wrestling with issues of genderine sexuality is on rooted in theology and an objective interpretation of scripture. How much of it is coming simply from the fact that our culture is shifting.
