The D'Amico family really started sort of the restaurant boom 30 years ago in the Twin Cities. The food that we create at Spoon and Stable, the food that we created Demi, comes from where I've traveled, where I've lived, where I have worked. There's a definition of the food that is very local in terms of what we're able to use with our flowers.
