What Is Thrashing?

Big egos and big drama from people at the top of the hierarchy mean that they don't look it at the beginning. At the end, they start to have meetings about the hoosit for the what's it for? What difference are we trying to make? How do we make this magical? It's too late,. cause the battleship is mostly built. Every change toward the end not only is superexpensive, but those changes toward the end are rarely going to be effective. Bcause they don't get at the core of what you are trying to do.
