Distinguishing Self Talk During a Pandemic

When we experience chatter, our thoughts are often taken over by what's happening around us. Tatand: We can regain our sense of control by creating an environment that is under our control. One tool i use a lot when I'm experiencing chatter is to clean and organize my home. She also uses distant self talk which involves using your own name or the second person pronoun you to try to coach yourself through a problem.
