Mortgage Rates Are Falling for the First Time Since May
Mortgage rates are finally falling for the first time since end of May. It might be getting to that point now where you can get a fixed rate past six percent. Save is still now looks very good, especially over a year. Easy access to get 4.22%, again, pretty good rates. But there's probably more room for easy access to go higher. I would suggest for fixed rates to go much higher. So we could keep saying this on this podcast if you want to fix right to get it now, but I think the boat is out.
