Mascalus understands that ukranian forces have started an operation against russian troops in a ke russian occupied part of southern ukraine. And this seems to suggest that these are the initial foras before ukraine launches the major offensive. But then early on t Tuesday morning, we saw the ukrania's president making comments that seemed to allude to the beginningf he counter offensive.
