Is Failure an Option in Your Lab?
In your lab, failure is not an option. How do you nurture the students and the post ok in your lab so that they don't get discouraged? For example, if i start with a peach dis u i always ask, first, are you rist taker? I elect people who believe they can cope with or what you call failures, or things that do not work. So yo, it's a olest o factor thatneeds to be considered. Ctivity, it's one of them. Ther are lots of rescue options, in a way, as well. The person has earned an easier job in a collabration fo example.
