There is definitely a future for the adequacy system, but we have to be honest at some point. For countries that are very, very similar to the EU system, it will not be. So maybe we should focus more on these other modes because they seem just a bit more adaptable. I've been talking in the past about the possibility of creating a specific set of standard contractual clauses for the medical research sector so that they can do clinical trials and things like that with a standardized contract.
