In my experience, it's a very small portion of the population that behaves that way. These people are not smart the way that an efficient mark that a hypothetical like weak efficient market is smart. You can tell they're making mistakes and you know in which direction. It isn't striking how hard it is to convince them of that. They're thinking people. I just have a different perception maybe to be continued.
