Is There Space Within Your Party for Conservatives?

I was part of the government very proud to have brought in North America's first revenue-neutral carbon tax. We fought an election campaign in 2009 on that very issue. Now, subsequently, the NDP have turned it into a tax grab. But I would argue to conservatives, that is the right thing to do. It's a market response to dealing with something. So you pay more here, but you get more back over there.
