The Rhetorical Difference Between Trump and Clinton

Will the rhetorical difference make a difference at the next election? Again, it all depends on circumstances, right? It depends what shape the economy is in. Is there a populist argument to be made on either side? You know, you have to appeal to people's hearts, not just their brains. And yet, for some reason, the Liberal Left still has this bureaucratic managerial technocratic approach to politics. That was one of the most gutting things for me with the Labour Manifesto in 2019.
